1.) check out my cool performance car that with one stupid mod, has completely removed all the performance ability from.

2.) despite the stupid stance, it is still a very very cool and well done video.

3.)damn !!!!!! gotta love the digital gauges

Digital dashes from the 80s are awesome. Also...I’m amazed it still works, lol, C4 digital dashes aren’t exactly standing the test of time reliability wise.... And it’s a C4 Vette ain’t like they’re not four or five for sale around the block. Dime a dozen.

Stance may not be my drug of choice, but that’s a damn well done and super cool video. It’s also the most rad I’ve seen a C4 look. It’s cool to see my favorite generation of plastic fantastic getting some love. The period correct style this video was shot in makes me feel the way I did as I child about those old Corvettes. It makes it special, high tech, exotic and really helps me see it in that light rather than through the super jaded, time marches on lenses I’d see it through otherwise. It brings me back and I really appreciate that.

Masterfully done.

Someone please save that poor car from the inevitable chassis damage from being set so low.

Very nice early C4 in every respect, except for being cambered out and tire-stretched like that.

I don’t even mind the tire logos, and the wheel design is quite nice, although the stock turbine wheels are iconic, and I wish someone would re-create those in modern sizes, with a bit of concave dish.

Make it an aluminum LS swap, with a 6-speed manual (with a non-descript shift knob and a retro-looking shift pattern diagram for the 6-speed on the center console, and it is golden.

You can buy each section of the digital dash from online sources.  So it’s not too bad to refurb.

From what I can tell watching Rabbit, the dude from VinWiki, it’s time to snatch up a C4. Honestly, I don’t even care it’s an automatic. It’s just Radwood badass.

I believe the C4s had that 3+4 shift pattern on the console. I’d do a SBC 350 with a 6 speed T56 personally. But it’s a cool ride nonetheless, and as I said in another comment it’s a C4.... grab one up while you can they’re pretty cheap for the time being

C4's always catch my eye. I’d really like an ‘89. First year for the 6 speed, last year for the breadbox interior. After that it’d have to be a ‘96 LT4 car. The former for all out simplicity with the old school SBC and latter to surprise modern stuff. Those LT4's roll out!

LT4s are hard to come by. I had a family friend who had a 85 3+4 in blue on blue who refused to sell it to me. He also has a 80 brown on brown and a 69 in parts to rebuild..... he also refuses to sell the 80 even though it just sits in a barn.
